Every session follows the same discipline: Minutes and Actions, where you report what you said you'd do. The Wheel, deep work on the focus area for the month, always starting with Diagnose. Hot Seats, where your real problem gets the group's full attention. And Decisions and Commitments, so you leave knowing exactly what happens next.
We meet twice a month for 90 minutes, live online, in daytime, evening, and weekend groups. It's small by design: no pitching, no posturing, no hiding behind a win. Just real talk about what's actually going on in your business, with practical next steps that move your business forward.

I've run groups like this for years, a small room of owners working on the real problems in their businesses. Now I'm opening three new Boardrooms under The Business Fix, a daytime group, an evening group, and a weekend group, all starting in December. These are the Charter groups. When they fill, the next ones open at a higher price. Charter Members are the only owners who will ever hold this rate.
